Personal data processing consent:
- This Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use.
- Consent to the processing of the User's personal data is given by the User freely, by his own will and in his own interest.
- The purpose of processing personal data: Fulfillment of the requirements of federal laws or regulations, as well as the fulfillment of contractual obligations to the client / counterparty and other subjects of personal data.
- The basis for the processing of personal data are: Law No. 5669-RS of January 16, 2012 "On Personal Data Protection"
- During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
- The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of the legislation of Georgia, an agreement with the participation of the subject of personal data or with the consent of the subject of personal data.
